In the event that your product arrives damaged, please carefully inspect the packaging upon delivery. If you notice any damage, including damage to the box, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you are unable to inspect the package at the time of delivery but suspect damage, indicate "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.
If your item does arrive damaged, please email photos to support@electricridesus.com. We will promptly process a replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
